Our own glorious law enforcement community are no slouches at cracking down on the t-shirt in question. I suppose it beats actually catching actual criminals...

I got told to cover up a Bollocks To The Poll Tax T-shirt outside Wembley Stadium at the arse-end of the Eighties.
(Actually the whole of the Eighties was one long arse-end now I think about it.)
