Looks like the clock has struck thirteen for Google. Confirmation. So far as I can gather, this means that the Google.cn site now in Hong Kong is completely blocked while Google.com can be accessed under the usual controls, though it may be just an update in filtering protocols: quite a few sites mysteriously vanish and reappear for this reason.
