Do not reprint, report, or comment on the incident of a ten-year-old girl in Hunan challenging the head of the Administration for Industry and Commerce to a fight.
That's an impressive knife the young lady's holding as well. But what would you do if - inter alia - Vince Cable's local representative beat up your granddad?
