TAURUS: This will not be a favourable month for bureaucrats. The road ahead will have many bends and you will find it difficult to negotiate. You may not get the support of bosses and politicians. You should be extra careful while signing important documents in the office. Huge financial gains are indicated in speculation during the second fortnight of the month.
I am very pleased to say not only that India has a fine publication called Bureaucracy Today, but that it combines an astrology column with a technocrat of the month feature.
They seem to be lacking a cryptic crossword - I can do themes.

From BT:
'Bureaucracy Today meets Chandra Shekhar Verma, popularly known as CS Verma , Chairman, Steel Authority of India Limited, who talks to us about his vision for the SAIL. We glimpse into the life of this man who is noted not only for his outstanding leadership skills but also has a kind heart.'
That ain't no bureaucratic authority. That there's charismatic authority, and this here copy of Weber's 'Economy and Society' proves it. I am that disappointed with BT, frankly, I was hoping better from India, where the best ever guide to civil government procedure was published just 90 years ago.
