Fellow Traveller

A man who understood the true relation of the ruler to the ruled.

Thanks for digging up that quote - it came to mind in the wake of this scandal and you saved me dragging out my copy of Hunter Thompson's Generation of Swine where I first read it. He also had a great piece about how the English ruling class threw away their Empire and thought nothing of it; if it got in the way of their pleasure it had to go.

Ken MacLeod

As I recall the passage from hearing Neil Hamilton read it out, the second sentence should end: 'I bought this constituency, and I mean to sell it.'
