Splendid stuff. It's the natural conclusion of the Broken Britain outlook...
Incidentally, when you watch it, it is worth imagining that, instead of the camera zooming slowly in and out, the camera is fixed, and Toyama is moving slowly backwards and forwards on little wheels.

Two observations:
1. I was impressed with the rigidity of his facial expression, no matter what his voice was doing.
2. What exactly is the minority? 'people with ears bearing an unmistakeable resemblance to a bat's?'
