It’s the Christmas card from the UK Border Agency, who in a great feat of the bureaucratic imagination appear to have produced it by cutting and pasting their mission statement in the form of a tree. Poor stuff, brutish without being properly sinister. The least you have the right expect would be some heavy handed cartoon fun involving Santa being cuffed and hustled up the steps of an Airbus. They coud at least have printed some of it in the most common languages of the people they deport, for that inclusive touch. Via.

If I'd sold my soul to advertising I'd propose an idyllic scene, with a jovial Santa handing out gifts to happy, rosy-cheeked younglings.
