Here’s a translation of a brochure put out by a migration agency in China, touting for people who want to move to the US. 

So why do people in China want to move to the US? Short version: it has a better welfare state. From what I know about the situation in China, this is eminently plausible: though given the ascendancy of the pain caucus across the West and the crablike moves towards better welfare provision in China it might not be too long before we see an X on that graph. 

 Another attraction: 

 People there are relatively calmer.
